NKU men lose stunner
KENOSHA, Wis. Brian Coffman scored a game-high 24 points as Wisconsin-Parkside upset Northern Kentucky, ranked third in Division II.
UWP (8-10, 5-7 GLVC) shot 60.9 percent in the second half and coasted past NKU (18-3, 9-3 GLVC). The Norse shot just 37.7 percent from the field and lost the rebounding battle 39-22.
It marked just the second time UWP has defeated NKU.
NKU was led by junior guard Craig Sanders (McNicholas), who scored 19 points. Todd Clark (Holy Cross) added 12 points for the Norse, who made just six of 20 3-point attempts.
