John Woods sank seven of eight free throws in the fourth quarter and Steven Graves was perfect in four attempts, enabling Lakota East to hold off Middletown 65-54.
Overall, Lakota East made 14 of 17 free throws in the fourth quarter. Middletown was led by Tyran Thompson with 12 points.
