TAMPA, Fla. Baltimore's Brian Billick and New York's Jim Fassel are both coaching in their first Super Bowl. Here are the NFL coaches who have coached in the most Super Bowls:
Don Shula, 6: Baltimore, 1969; Miami, 1972-74, 1983, 1985.
Tom Landry, 5: Dallas, 1971-72, 1976, 1978-79.
Bud Grant, 4: Minnesota, 1970, 1974-75, 1977.
Chuck Noll, 4: Pittsburgh, 1975-76, 1978-79.
Joe Gibbs, 4: Washington, 1983-84, 1988, 1992.
Marv Levy, 4: Buffalo, 1991-94.
Dan Reeves, 4: Denver, 1987-88, 1990; Atlanta, 1999.
Noll has the most victories (four) followed by Bill Walsh (49ers) and Gibbs with three each. Landry and Shula are among eight coaches with two Super Bowl victories.
