Softball Hall of Fame adds four




        The Hudepohl Softball Hall of Fame will induct four members at 1p.m. Sunday at the Springdale Best Western:

        • Max Dixon: Built Expressway Park in Milford, the site of two USSSA world tournaments and 19 national championships.

        • Bob Fennell: Managed teams in Northern Kentucky for 35 years before retiring in 1997. His Carlisle Construction and Rolling Hills Lakers teams were powerhouses in the 1960s and '70s.

        • Denver Gabbard: One of the premier outfielders and power hitters of the 1970s and '80s.

        • Joe Kiradjieff: Sponsored three-time women's world champion Empress Chili teams from 1986-97.
