Northern Kentucky selects six for Hall of Fame

        Northern Kentucky University has announced six new inductees into its athletic Hall of Fame:

        • Derek Fields (men's basketball, 1985-89);

        • Melissa Wood-Fleming (women's basketball, 1983-87);

        • Kevin Cieply (men's soccer, 1981-84);

        • Gary Flowerdew (baseball, 1985-88);

        • Brenda Ryan (women's basketball, 1978-82);

        • Roger Klein (men's and women's tennis coach, 1975-87).

        The six will be honored at a banquet Feb.21 at NKU's Regents Hall. For information, call 859-572-6632.
