Cincinnati's first baby of the millennium, Dylan Ray Huddleston, was born at 12:03 a.m. Monday to Tiffany Froman, 18, and Darrell Huddleston, 23, of Colerain Township.

Dylan earned the title after his mother underwent some 40 hours of labor. By the end, family members said, having the first baby of 2001 was not the priority.

“It doesn't matter if it's 11:59, just get him out,” grandma Kim Froman told doctors at Good Samaritan Hospital.
