1. Mother of Mercy


GGCL Scarlet Division

        Outlook: Because of the success of Mercy's volleyball and soccer teams, five key players reported late to practice. That could hurt the Bobcats in early season games, but expect them near the top by the end. Six seniors are gone from last year's district runner-up team, but the Bobcats add Siobhan Zerilla, a transfer from Pittsburgh.

        “We'll have a strong inside game with (Angie) Heintz, (Melissa) Clavier and Zerilla,” coach Mary Jo Huismann said.
