OXFORD — Goggin Ice Arena will host the fourth annual Midget/Prep Hockey Tournament Friday through Sunday. The tournament brings together some of the top 15- to 17-year-old players in the country. Teams include the Chicago Chill, Detroit Compuware Ambassadors, Mississauga (Ontario) Senators and 1999 defending champion Culver (Ind.) Military Academy. Admission is free.
