Arrest made five months after slaying

The Cincinnati Enquirer

Cincinnati homicide investigators arrested a 22-year-old man Friday in connection with the March shooting death of a Paddock Hills man.

Lewis Frazier, 21, of Wendee Drive, Westwood, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Dexter Avenue.

Police believe Mr. Frazier is responsible for the shooting death of Stanley D. Ruffin, whose body was found in the hallway of his apartment building in the 4400 block of Reading Lane on March 7.

Police said the shooting occurred during a robbery. Witnesses told police they saw several males running from the building following the shooting. Investigators are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Crimestoppers at 352-3040 or the Homicide Unit at 352-3542.
