Springboro brothers transferring

FAIRBORN, Ohio — Cain Doliboa, a senior forward at the University of Dayton, and his brother Seth, a sophomore guard at Bowling Green, have both decided to transfer to Wright State, the school announced Thursday.

Last week, Cain Doliboa said he was leaving Dayton because the university would not extend his scholarship after the NCAA granted him an extra year of eligibility.

A 6-foot-7 forward from Springboro, he started the first seven games for the Flyers last season but missed the remainder of the year because of an inflammation of a nerve in his back that caused numbness in his left leg and foot.

Doliboa averaged 9.7 points a game in his abbreviated junior season.
