Jeff Wyler buys Springfield outfit

        Jeff Wyler Automotive has acquired Monte Zinn Automotive in Springfield, Ohio. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but the dealership includes Chevrolet cars and commercial trucks, as well as Toyota, Dodge, Hyundai and Kia vehicles.

        It's the third automotive group Jeff Wyler has purchased in two years. Jeff Wyler Automotive now includes 20 automotive name plates besides several boat and motorcycle lines. Jeff Wyler also owns Green Tree Toyota near Louisville and seven locations in greater Cincinnati.

Duke-Weeks puts up 2 complexes
        Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. started construction on two large office buildings totaling 215,000 square feet during the second quarter in Greater Cincinnati.

        The Indianapolis-based real estate firm said it will finish a 55,000-square-foot suburban office this fall at World Park in Butler County. A 160,000-square-foot office at Deerfield Crossing business park in Blue Ash will be completed in May, the company said.

        Duke-Weeks also announced that Innovative Distributor Group signed a 10-year lease to occupy 49,600 square feet of warehouse space at World Park. Innovative, which makes cutting tools, abrasives, power tools and other products, will occupy the warehouse in late August.
