Oscar to lead search for Stuff coach

By Pete Holtermann
Enquirer contributor

Oscar Robertson will lead the search to fill the head coaching position for the Cincinnati Stuff.

Robertson, a part owner of the Stuff and the chairman of the team's advisory committee, will be joined on the search committee by Adrian Brown, a former Cincinnati Royals teammate of Robertson's; John Kirchhofer, the Stuff's managing owner; and Neil Kirchhofer, the team's general manager.

The Stuff parted ways with former coach Joby Wright last week after he led the team to a 43-21 record in the team's inaugural season. The team is looking to fill the coaching spot before the July 12 International Basketball League Draft.
