Chiropractor arrested on sex, theft charges

MILFORD — Chiropractor Dr. Michael J. Klosterman was arrested Tuesday and charged with having improper sexual contact with some his of patients.
Police charged Dr. Klosterman with six misdemeanor counts of sexual imposition and five misdemeanor counts of theft by deception. The charges were filed after a three-month investigation by Milford police and the enforcement division of the Ohio State Chiropractic Board in Columbus.
Dr. Klosterman's office is in the 1000 block of Main Street in Milford.
The police department's investigation began Feb. 1 following a complaint filed by a patient Jan. 27, police said. The investigation focused on improper sexual contact with patients and former employees, along with theft by deception for purported treatments rendered by Dr. Klosterman.
Milford police investigator Greg Woermann and chiropractic board investigators investigated.
