Winton Woods golfer signs with Ohio State
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Kevin Hall, The Cincinnati Enquirer's Golfer of the Year from Winton Woods, signed a letter of intent Thursday with Ohio State.
Hall finished fourth at the 1999 state tournament and averaged 36.5 strokes per nine holes as a senior.
Kevin chose Ohio State because they have a lot of (sign language) interpreters in the classrooms, Hall's father, Percy, said.
They have a lot of deaf students in the school and they are used to dealing with this. The school also has a great tradition and eight or nine players on the (PGA) tour, which is Kevin's goal.
