PEOPLE ON THE MOVE
Michael Koontz has joined Paramount's Kings Island as vice president of finance and administration. Mr. Koontz will be responsible for management of the finance and information systems departments. He is a certified public accountant and has 19 years of accounting and finance experience. He worked as store support finance director at Express, a division of Limited Inc., in Columbus.
Terry McCarthy has been named vice president at Directions Research Inc.; Lisa Butler, a partner in the firm, has been named vice president; Niki Lower, account executive; Mark Erwin joined the company as senior research analyst; and Jacqueline Cutting has joined as senior account manager.
Stephen J. Axtell has joined Thompson Hine & Flory LLP as an associate.
Bob Franskousky has been named senior vice president, corporate finance/upper-middle market at KeyBank in Cincinnati.
Jim Schuermann has joined Harmon Inc., a provider of building glass services, as sales manager in the Mason office.
George Tenoever has joined American Mortgage Service Co. as loan officer.
Jim Zdinak has been appointed technical sales manager for the foods industry at R.A. Jones & Co. Inc., a provider of high performance packaging equipment and services.
Thom Kuehneman has been named general manager of operations at Natmar Services Corp, a manufacturer of conveying equip ment, identification products and heat seal equipment in Walton, and Kim McGee has been named purchasing director.
Kara Decker Quigley has been named human resources specialist at Libby Perszyk Kathman; Ericka Snyder has joined the company as proofreader; and Bola Brown as administrative assistant.
Teresa Kanis has joined RightSource Communications Group, a family-owned, full-service communications firm, as director of business development. Ms. Kanis will be responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing of the company's expanding services.
