WORCESTER, Mass. Jamie Pollock and Jim Campbell scored second-period goals 3:55 apart as the Worcester IceCats came from behind to defeat the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks 4-2 victory Friday in the American Hockey League.
Jamie Thompson added a goal and an assist for the IceCats, who won for only the second time in their last nine games (2-5-2-0) and remained unbeaten against Cincinnati this season (2-0-0-0).
Torrey DiRoberto and Shane Hnidy had first-period goals for Cincinnati, which snapped a two-game winning streak. Hnidy's goal, his eighth, gave the Detroit Red Wings prospect points in five straight games.
Cody Rudkowsky stopped 23 shots for the IceCats to improve his record to 8-6-5. Gregg Naumenko made 27 saves in taking the loss for Cincinnati.
