NKU women face No.1 St. Rose
The Northern Kentucky women's basketball team, ranked No. 2 in NCAA Division II, will face the nation's top-ranked team, the College of St. Rose (N.Y.) in the Elite Eight March 22 at Pine Bluff, Ark.
St. Rose beat Bentley 82-72 Sunday to win the Northeast Regional.
NKU, which won the Great Lakes Regional Saturday, is 29-2; St. Rose is 34-0.
Game time will be annnounced later this week.
