Shelby Co. knocks out Walton




The Cincinnati Enquirer

        Center Lanita White led Shelby County with 29 points in its 78-62 victory Wednesday over Walton-Verona.

        Walton-Verona's Caitlyn Ryan led all scorers with a career-high 32 points. Junior forward Jessica Schmidt had 13 points and 12 rebounds for her 29th double-double of the year.

        Shelby County advances to the regional semifinals against Oldham County.
