        • TV Critic John Kiesewetter says Fox's Family Guy cartoon finally returns today (8:30 p.m., Channels 19, 45), while pledge month music specials continue with the Four Tops in Concert (9:30 p.m., Channel 48), Irish Tenors (8 p.m., Channel 54) and another replay of Doo Wop 50 (8 p.m., Channel 16).

        • 10-part series: Film fans waited a long time for this: Chicago-based Facets Video has issued the complete Decalogue from legendary Polish director Krzysztof Kieslowski, a 10-part series of contemporary stories inspired by the Ten Commandments, filmed in 1988 and '89.
