Highlands defeats Bellevue

Gino Guidugli scored 15 points and Matt Muehlenkamp added 14 to lead Highlands to a 68-50 win over Bellevue in a 36th District boys basketball game at Newport on Thursday.
Highlands came out with a full-court press in the second quarter to stymie Bellevue.
Bellevue's Mike Gullett hit a 3-pointer at the first-quarter buzzer to make it a one-point game.
Highlands plays Newport Central Catholic at 7:30p.m. today at Newport.
