Scott Ferguson scored the tying goal late in the second period as the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks and Kentucky Thoroughblades skated to a 1-1 tie before a franchise-record crowd of 10,063 at the Gardens.
The tie snapped a three-game losing streak for the Ducks, who trail Louisville by nine points for the fourth and final playoff berth in the Mid-Atlantic Division.
