Forum on teen substance abuse

        LEBANON — A forum this month on teen drug and alcohol abuse will feature speakers who have had those problems themselves.

        Participating agencies include the Lebanon police and fire departments, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), Lebanon City Schools, Recovery Services of Warren County, and the Mental Health Center of Warren County, said organizer Geor gie Clark.

        The forum will be 7 p.m. Feb. 29 in the auditorium of Lebanon High School. Students, parents, teachers and others are welcome at the free, public event. Information: 932-0999.
