Orlando 6, Cyclones 3
Loss keeps Cincy in fourth place

Third place is proving to be quite elusive for the Cincinnati Cyclones.
Two nights ago, an Orlando win over Detroit kept the Cyclones from leapfrogging over the Solar Bears into third place in the International Hockey League's Eastern Conference.
Saturday night at the Firstar Center, the Solar Bears gave up a two-goal lead in the third period before getting two power-play goals from Shawn Carter less than 30 seconds apart and with less than four minutes left before going on to beat Cincinnati 6-3.
That was a killer, Cincinnati coach Ron Smith said.
Carter's first goal came with Orlando enjoying a 5-on-3 advantage, which was partially the result of Cincinnati being penalized for having too many men on the ice.
That was a bad play by a defenseman, Smith said.
The Cyclones had killed 90 percent of their penalties (24-of-27) in their six previous games.
Tonight, we got burned, Smith said. Orlando has a better power-play than us.
The loss snapped Cincinnati's five-game home winning streak.
Orlando was the last team to beat the Cyclones in Cincinnati, 7-3, on November 13.
Orlando (16-9-2) takes a three-point lead over Cincinnati (14-10-3).
