Cincinnatian wins TV bucks

        Cincinnati had its first winner in ABC's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Monday, when Jeffrey Douglas Siehl won $64,000.

        Mr. Siehl, 27, an attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor here, called co-workers Monday morning and told them to watch the program, taped Sunday in New York. They didn't know he would be a contestant because he didn't get the invitation from the show until after work Friday.

        The Dayton native has worked about a year for the Cincinnati office.
