STAYING IN
        • TV picks: Ichabod Crane rides again in Fox's new The Night of the Headless Horseman cartoon (8 p.m., Channels 19, 45) with the voices of William H. Macy (Ichabod), Tia Carrere (Katrina) and Luke Perry (Brom). • TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says David Bowie accepts the Legend's Award at the WB Radio Music Awards in Las Vegas (8-10 p.m., Channel 64), a special co-produced by Von Freeman, former WKRQ-FM marketing director.

• • Trick or glasses: Special trick-or-treaters will knock on your door on Halloween, but they don't want your candy. They'll ask for your used eyeglasses. On Sight Night, volunteers from LensCrafters stores and Lions Clubs hope to collect more than 150,000 used eyeglasses nationwide. The glasses will be cleaned, repaired and delivered to people in developing countries. If volunteers miss you on Sight Night, used glasses may be dropped off at any LensCrafters store or Lions Club.
