Tall Stacks visitors information
Tall Stacks '99 takes place today through Sunday along the riverfront downtown and in Newport and Covington. It is open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. There are morning boat tours from 6 to 10 a.m.
GENERAL ADMISSION: $5 for adults; free for children 12 and under.
CRUISES: 10 a.m.-midnight daily; $17.50-$60; $12-$60 ages 3-12. Friday and Saturday lunches and dinners are sold out. All riverboat cruise tickets include general admission.
CRUISE TICKETS: Ticketmaster, 562-4949; Music Hall box office, 1241 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine; the Aronoff Center for the Arts box office, Sixth and Walnut streets, downtown; and at ticket booths inside the festival.
TOURS: 6 to 10 a.m. daily; $15, $5 children 3-12.
A tour ticket allows you to explore some riverboats while they are docked at Cincinnati's Public Landing and Serpentine Wall. It also includes general admission to all five days of the festival.

PARK & RIDE: Downtown construction will severely limit parking. Bus service is available 5:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. all five days. Buses depart about every 20 minutes and drop off on the Plaza Level of Cinergy Field.
Final departure times are 9:30 p.m. from the Park & Ride locations and 11 p.m. from Cinergy Field.
Cost is $5 per adult, and $3 per child. Parking is free at Park & Ride locations. Exact change is required. Information: Metro, 621-4455; TANK, 331-8265.
West: Western Hills Plaza (Glenway Avenue and Werk Road in Westwood).
North: General Electric in Evendale (I-75, Exit 14). Enter gate 27, turn right at stop sign.
East: Eastgate Mall (I-275, Exit 63). Board in west area rear of the Mall.
Northern Kentucky: Northern Kentucky University (I-471 at I-275). Park in Lot K; also Bigg's at Turfway (I-75, Exit 182).
SHUTTLES: Downtown Shuttle runs every 10 minutes to the Plaza Level of Cinergy Field. Fare is 25 cents.
