Lebanon man dies in crash, may have had heart attack

The Cincinnati Enquirer

LEBANON — A 75-year-old Lebanon man was killed in one-car crash Monday in Turtlecreek Township after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Robert Guthrie of the 200 block of East Old Ohio 122, was driving north on Drake Road when his 1988 Ford Escort went off the right side of the road, hit a ditch and a utility pole, the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.

The crash occurred at 5:45 p.m., about a mile south of Ohio 122.

Preliminary indications are that Mr. Guthrie suffered a heart attack prior to the crash, the highway patrol said.
