The Cincinnati Enquirer

An arrest was made Thursday in the June 24 shooting death of 38-year-old Kurt Chappell of North College Hill, whose body was found in a yard in College Hill.

Police charged Richard Alex Voner, 19, of the 1400 block of Elkton Place, College Hill, with murder.

Mr. Chappell's body was discovered in the yard of a residence in the 1000 block of Wionna Avenue about 7 a.m.

A neighbor told police he heard what sounded like three gunshots about three hours before the body was discovered.
