Next season's Kentucky lineup

A look at Kentucky's 1999-2000 roster and what players need to work on:

        CENTERS

        • Jamaal Magloire (Sr.): Deciding whether to turn pro. If he returns, needs to polish left-hand hook and develop short-range jump shot.

        • Michael Bradley (Jr.): Develop offensive consistency. He didn't score in double figures the last seven games. Improve strength and concentrate on defense.

        • Marquis Estill (Fr.): Rehabilitate injuries to both knees. Slim down 265-pound frame. Adapt quickly to Division I level.

        FORWARDS

        • Jules Camara (So.): Continue to add bulk to 213-pound frame. Learn to operate close to the basket. Become the next Scott Padgett.

        • Tayshaun Prince (So.): Needed more as a small forward next year to replace Heshimu Evans. Continue to add bulk to 217-pound frame. Drive to the basket.

        • Marvin Stone (Fr.): Will be an impact freshman. Prepare to be the team's physical presence inside.

        GUARDS

        • Steve Masiello (Sr.): Help scout team prepare the starters.

        • Saul Smith (Jr.): Concentrate on improving assist totals. Work on penetration moves. Command respect as starting point guard.

        • Ryan Hogan (Jr.): Compete for starting shooting guard spot. Work to get more shots.

        • Desmond Allison (So.): Become more of an offensive presence. With team's top three-point percentage (.404), work to get free for shots.

        • Todd Tackett (So.): Fight for playing time. Improve on .167 shooting.

        • J.P. Blevins (So.): Prepare for possible role as backup point guard. Fight for minutes.

        • Keith Bogans (Fr.): Will be an impact freshman. Compete for starting shooting guard spot.
