PEOPLE ON THE MOVE

  • Richard M. Stone has been named of counsel with the law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC. Mr. Stone will focus his practice on real estate and corporate transactions with an emphasis on development, acquisitions, finance, leases, divestitures and investment activities related to all asset classes. He has 20 years of experience in the real estate and corporate areas. He has a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Lafayette College and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

  • George M. Reul Jr. has joined Freking & Betz as an employment and labor relations attorney, Cincinnati office.

  • Don Johnson has joined Huff Realty as executive vice president and as a sales associate in the Western Hills office.

  • The following have joined Coldwell Banker West Shell as sales associates: Linda Nadler Sacks, Montgomery Village Square; Kim Kelley, Eastgate; Colleen Anderson, West Chester; Jim Heck and Norm White, Wyoming; Ron Wilson and Debbie Fine, Northeast; Cathy Murray Fink, Northeast; Brad Houillion, Western Hills; Benjamin Engel, Montgomery Cross County; and Sandy Bootes, Monfort Heights.

  • Melanie Fairchild has joined Libby Perszyk Kathman as account coordinator, and Christine Bauer joined the company as administrative assistant.

  • Sean David Stewart has been named manager in the audit division of Arthur Andersen.

  • Ted Monnin has been named art director, developing a fifth design team, at Optimum Group. Mr. Monnin joined the company in 1997 as a designer. He was with TradeMark Design Inc. of Minster, Ohio, for four years, where he was responsible for department management, graphic design, product development, advertising supervision, and computer maintenance. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in advertising design from the Columbus College of Art and Design.
