Man accused of '94 robbery
Pair had held up bank at Hebron

Friday, July 10, 1998

The Cincinnati Enquirer

FLORENCE -- A used-car salesman is accused of robbing a Hebron bank after an investigation that has lasted 3 1/2 years.

Patrick A. Parr was arrested Thursday at his place of employment, J.D. Byrider Auto Sales in Florence, by FBI agents and Boone County police. He was indicted by a federal grand jury on Wednesday.

Little information was available about what led authorities to Mr. Parr, 29, of Taylorsport Drive, Hebron. The file in the case was sealed, with officials saying only that their investigation continues.

The Hebron Deposit Bank on North Bend Road was robbed the morning of Nov. 15, 1994. Two men entered the bank, demanded money and fled in a blue 1980s Nissan Sentra on westbound Interstate 275, Boone County police said at the time.

They escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.

Mr. Parr's bond hearing was set for this morning. He remained behind bars Thursday evening.
