Third-seed UC volleys for tourney opener

The Bearcats open Conference USA Tournament play as the third seed today against the winner of the sixth-seeded Charlotte versus 11th-seeded Memphis matchup at DePaul.
Senior Bonita Wise heads four UC players named to the all-conference team.
Senior Trish Ladusaw was awarded a third straight C-USA Defensive Player of the Year honor and also earned a spot on the all-conference second team. Sophomore Julie DuPont was named to the second team and junior Laura Lauder to the third team.
