UC, Valparaiso agree to 3-year series

The Cincinnati Bearcats and Valparaiso have entered a three-year contract in men's basketball, beginning this season.

Valparaiso plays at Cincinnati on Dec.2 and again during the 2004-05 season. The Crusaders will play host to the Bearcats in 2003-04.

“Our coaching staff has worked diligently to bring in the best possible opponents to Valpo each year, and we feel Cincinnati meets criteria and will be a great draw,” Valpo coach Scott Drew said.
