Logan hogs UC basketball awards

        Steve Logan, the No. 2 scorer in University of Cincinnati basketball history, who was named the team's most valuable player for the second straight season and was presented a slew of national, Conference USA and team awards at Tuesday's awards ceremony at Shoemaker Center.

        Other team honors:

        Oscar Robertson Award: Immanuel McElroy;

        Best defensive player: McElroy;

        Ball of Courage: McElroy;

        Most assists: Logan;

        Free throw percentage leader: Logan;

        Field goal percentage leader: Jason Maxiell;

        Rebound leader: Donald Little;

        Blocks leader: Little;

        Most improved: Field Williams

        Sixth Man of the Year: Maxiell

        Coaches Award: Leonard Stokes.
