UC women lose in soccer Sweet 16

| CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The University of Cincinnati women's soccer team ended their best season on a down note, losing 4-0 to Virginia Saturday in the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
Virginia freshman Lindsay Gusick recorded her second hat trick of the season and added an assist against a UC team that had surrendered only 10 goals in 23 games.
The Cavaliers had a dominating 20-6 edge in shots and 4-0 advantage in corner kicks.
UC finishes 20-4. Virginia advances to play Santa Clara in the round of eight.
