UC recruit near signing

By Michael Perry
The Cincinnati Enquirer

The Bearcats could end up with a pleasant surprise today when the fall recruiting period begins, according to two recruiting services.

Alexander Johnson, a 6-foot-9 forward from Albany, Ga., who visited UC Nov. 2-4, told www.BlueChipHoops.com he planned to sign a national letter of intent today but he was not sure with whom.

He said he was choosing between Georgia, Cincinnati and Alabama, adding, “I'd say Cincinnati leads.”

“I just have to go and get it out of the way,” Johnson told BlueChipHoops. “This is too much stress.”
