DuPont Player of the Week


Freshman volleyball phenom

        Freshman Julie DuPont was co-Conference USA volleyball player of the week after posting 64 kills, a .324 hitting percentage and 36 digs in victories over No.22-ranked Louisville, conference leader DePaul and Marquette.

        • The C-USA Board of Directors tabled the topic of football expansion during its fall meeting Monday, commissioner Mike Slive said. The next scheduled meeting is February in Chicago.
